Our home is located within a prestigious conservation area called Cumbrian Lakes, nestled within a 200 acre conservation area with lakes and fountains, which provide a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys, Blue Herons, Eagles, Raccoons, Armadillos, Turtles and Deer.  There is a Nature Trail and Children's Playground and Fishing is permitted on the lake our villa overlooks.

We continually upgrade all furnishings, bed linen/ towels and amenities to maintain our FIVE STAR status.  All bed linen is 500 thread count and all beds have quilted mattress and pillow protectors for additional comfort.

Our privately owned executive villa comfortably sleeps 10 plus infants and benefits from luxurious furnishings throughout with an oversized South Facing Private Pool and Spa, overlooking a lake and fountain. Games Room with 42" wall mounted Plasma Screen TV, Digital Cable, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, XBOX 360 with selection of games for all ages, 8ft Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and Giant Connect 4 Game. The house boasts a SOUTH FACING OVERSIZED screened deck with PRIVATE pool and Spa overlooking LAKE.  This premium plot has no public walk through providing maximum pool & Spa privacy, not overlooked from any aspect by other home owners.
The spa has automatic controls and both the pool and spa can be heated throughout the year.  Pool heat recommended October to April.  A pool blanket is provided to retain the heat. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parental peace of mind.  A full pool screen is provided for added safety.
The pool and spa, both with underwater lighting, is the ideal place to cool off after a day at the parks or perhaps for an early morning dip before you leave.
The surrounding EXTENDED deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and Alfresco dining!  The large covered lanai with EXTRA ceiling fan providing some shade from the all day Florida Sunshine.

Our spacious climate controlled air conditioned home often accommodates two families providing two separate living areas.  As you enter our double front doors a large spacious hallway awaits you. To the left our luxury appointed formal lounge with sumptuous sofas and coordinated dining suite is provided for those Festive family occasions.
Further a long the hallway a second vaulted ceiling family room awaits you with sliding doors to the pool area overlooking the Lake. Sunlight streams though this room all day long, a huge suspended ceiling fan provides a tropical feel. This room offers comfortable sofas and hosts a LARGE SCREEN TV plus digital cable package with English sports channels.  Open plan living enhances family lifestyle. The family room is separated from the kitchen and dining nook by a breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is lavishly furnished with large imposing bed, with South Facing Balcony including table and chairs to enjoy the lake views.  Wall mounted TV with digital cable, DVD player, Bose iPod system and ceiling fan.  En-suite facilities include sunken roman bath, large walk in shower, his and hers vanity units and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is elegantly furnished to a high standard.  It has a digital cable TV, DVD player, hi fi, ceiling fan and walk in wardrobes. There is also pool access from this bedroom.

Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and is furnished to a high standard.  It has a digital cable TV, DVD player, hi fi, ceiling fan and walk in wardrobes.

Twin Bedroom 4
Twin bedroom 4 is suitable for adults and children alike with it's bright neutral decor. It has a wall mounted TV with digital cable, hi fi, ceiling fan and walk in wardrobes.

Twin bedroom 5 has a distinct Children’s theme with all their favourite Disney Characters.  Ceiling fan and walk in wardrobes.

Prices are for the villa not per person and inclusive of all US local and state taxes.
A cleaning surcharge of $115 will be added for stays less than 7 nights.

Discounts may be given to smaller families and last minute bookings (subject to availability).
