The lanai has also a fan to keep you cool. For sun worshippers, there are 4 sun loungers to sunbathe on, while topping up that tan.

This beautiful home, which sleeps up to 8 persons, is professionally managed and beautifully furnished with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room and includes:

The Lounge - Relax in this bright and sunny lounge area, with large patio doors overlooking the pool. This spacious lounge has 2 sofas, 2 side tables and a coffee table. The TV unit comprises Cable TV, Video/DVD Player, Stereo System and a Playstation with games. The patio doors along the entire South facing wall offer a view over the pool and deck area.

Master Bedroom 1 - This spacious master bedroom with queen size bed has a TV, 2 side cabinets and large dresser with mirror.  The ensuite bathroom is also spacious with a large walk-in shower, separate bath and twin vanity units. This bedroom is south facing with patio doors leading onto the pool deck.

Master Bedroom 2 - The second master bedroom has a double size bed, TV, large wardrobe, 2 side cabinets and chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and twin vanity units.

Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has a Scooby Doo theme with two single beds, bedside cabinet and large built in wardrobe. There is also a TV, Video and  Playstation 2.

Bedroom 4 - The fourth bedroom also has two single beds, with built in wardrobes and a bedside cabinet.  There is a novelty Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player.  The third bathroom has twin vanity units, bath with fitted shower and toilet.  All linens and towels are provided for each room.

Kitchen/Dining Area - The kitchen/dining area is on open plan with the lounge and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (if you decide to cook) including cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher and all the other accessories you would expect to find in a modern kitchen. All the crockery, utensils etc. you will need are also provided. A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room which is located at the entrance to the double garage. An ironing board and iron are also provided.  There are digital safes provided for guest usage and hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Pool Area - The fully screened, South facing private pool is accessible through the patio doors from the dining area. The Southern aspect ensures that you receive every last drop of sunshine possible and the screen makes sure that the rays get through and the bugs stay out. Four sun loungers and six chairs are provided as well as a table in the covered lanai area if you wish to eat alfresco. An overhead fan helps keep you cool if desired.  Separate pool towels are provided for your use.
