Description Our fantastic, spacious Villa is located on a large corner plot and is ideal for your Florida vacation. It is situated on Lake Wilson Preserve, a small exclusive development, close to Champions Gate, Disney World, Reunion golf complex and Disney celebration. We are just 10 minutes drive from Disney World, and only 20 minutes drive from Universal Studios and Sea World. We are also a short distance from the historic town of Kissimmee. The Gulf Coast beaches, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and Clear Water are with easy driving distance. We are next to one of the most picturesque and widely renowned golf courses, the Reunion golf complex. There are 3 remarkable courses on this complex designed by Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold palmer. Also - just a few minutes away is another widely renowned course, Champions Gate designed by Greg Norman. Overlooking a conservation area, the villa is fully furnished to a high standard with full air-conditioning. The 2 double master en-suite bedrooms, 1 double en-suite bedroom and twin bedroom lets the villa comfortably sleeps 8. It has a fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, separate dining room and comfortable living room providing everything you will need for your self catering holiday. The garage hosts a games room, washer and dryer. The patio leads to a larger than average swimming pool, with table, chairs and sun lounges. All in all this makes the villa a superb haven to come home to after a long day at the theme parks or beach. There are 5 cable TVs, (one in the lounge and one in each bedroom), a DVD player and a good selection of DVDs. The large, open plan, lounge and dinning area, leads out to the larger than average pool, where you can take a dip or simply sit, as we provide patio tables, chairs and recliners and an electric barbeque. Cook in the fully fitted kitchen and eat at the dinning table, kitchen table or breakfast bar. No need to wash up, there is a dishwasher. For your cloths there's the washer/dryer and many more extras will make your stay relaxing and hasle free. Prices December 18 to January 5 - £495 per week January 6 to March 31 - £415 per week April 1 to June 30 - £430 per week July 1 to August 31 - £495 per week September 1 to December 17 - £430 per week Pool heating if required - £10 per day. Notes to the rental rates£100 deposit payable on confirmation of booking. Full payment of balance due payable 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. £150 per week security deposit, returnable seven days after departure following site inspection by our management company. 10% discount for 3 week bookings, for stays of 3 nights or less we have to charge for linen and cleaning services. |
