Welcome to our four bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with it's own pool which can easily sleep up to eight people.

Our villa is just a 15 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and in close proximity to all major attractions.  It provides an ideal retreat for families and golfing parties alike.

It is situated on US Highway 27, just south of US Highway 192 at Davenport. Built in 2003 our modern home was newly refurbished in May 2008 and is situated on the prestigous Highlands Reserve Golf Course community which is beautifully kept.

The villa is next to the Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course and driving range which all our guests have access to.  Also available to our guests on Highlands Reserve is a community swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area.

The living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a hard day out at the parks or at the golf course.  It has comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofa's, a coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan lights.  Also for your pleasure is a 37 inch LCD cable TV with DVD and DVD's to watch.  There is a telephone with free local calls and also free wireless high speed internet access.  A tiled floor leads to sliding doors on to the patio and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.  Kitchen contents include an oven/hob, fridge freezer with ice maker and a coffee machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cups and cutlery are also provided.  An iron and ironing board are also available to use, linen and towels are also provided.  A washing machine and dryer can also be found in the double garage.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has ceiling fan lights, and also features a 20 inch LCD cable TV/DVD. This bedroom looks out onto the pool.

The Queen bedroom also benefits from a 20 inch LCD cable TV and ceiling fan lights.

There are two further twin bedrooms in the property, also fitted with a 20inch LCD cable TV and ceiling fan lights.

All four bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

A safe and hairdryers are also available for guests to use.

Both the family and en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

The pool area is private and screened to keep out bugs and wildlife but still allowing you to top up your tan whilst relaxing.  Patio table and chairs with umbrella can be found by the poolside, along with sun loungers.  The pool area is an excellent place for barbeque's and the pool can also be heated at an additional cost.

Plenty of fun can be had in the games room for kids and adults alike.  A pool table, air hockey and an electronic darts board will keep everyone amused.  There is also a table and stools in the games room, along with a 20 inch LCD cable TV.

The 18 hole par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Course was designed by Mike Dasher and has tree lined fairways, reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses and a bit of the old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside.  Large fast undulating greens make this course challenging for all levels of golfers and one of the most enjoyable Orlando golf courses around and is rated 3.5 stars out of 5 by Golf Digest.  There is a full service pro shop offering clubs and carts for rent. There is also a driving range and a cafe.
