Disney attractions in Florida always take time to see. No one can see all these great places without spending several days or more at a nearby place. Villa 2 Disney is an ideal homeplace to rent out during your Disney site-seeing.

The villa is newly built in 2005 and its features include an extended poolside area, four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout.

Villa 2 Disney is located at Weststone Bridge, a community described as one of the best and most prestigious along Highway 27. The houses are built to a high standard and larger than normal, including greater spacing between houses compared to other nearby communities.

The villa is only minutes driveway from Interstate 4, the main highway leading to Disney attractions. The closeness allows you and your family to avoid the morning queues of other visitors to Disney, and the villa is also ideal to stay when visiting both Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

For the golf enthusiasts amongst you, a nearby Championship Golf course exists, designed by the celebrity Greg Norman.

Famous shopping malls, restaurants, etc are also within easy driving reach.

By air, the villa is located within easy driving from either Orlando International Airport or Sandford International Airport.

By road, the villa is 2 miles north on Highway 27 off exit 55, ideal to visit attractions including Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. Both Atlantic and Gulf coasts can also be reached by car.

Weststone Bridge itself is peacefully quite in nearby woodland area. Local shops, family restaurants, banks, chemists, etc, are within 5 minutes travelling by car.

The Florida climate is warm and sunny, with temperatures ranging from 70°F (21°C) (during December to March) rising to 95°F (32°C) (during June until September).

Prices

Prices are based on three seasons – low, medium and high.

Low Season - £400 - $704 - €485 per week

Mid Season - £424 - $747 - €499 per week

High Season - £495 - $872 - €513 per week

A deposit of £150 ($250) per week or part thereof, is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed, this deposit is non-refundable. The full remaining balance of the outstanding rental cost will be required 10 weeks prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 10 weeks of your holiday commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made either by cheque / cheque in UK pounds sterling or US Dollars, by bank transfer or by Debit / Credit card if it is more convenient for you.

Deposit

A deposit of £150 / $250 per week or part thereof, is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed, this deposit is non-refundable. The full remaining balance of the outstanding rental cost will be required 10 weeks prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 10 weeks of your holiday commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Security Deposit

The owner will take a security deposit of £200 / $350 on payment of the balance of your holiday. Deductions will be made from the security deposit for any breakages / damage to the villa or pool heating that may be requested once at the villa. The security deposit will be returned by cheque / mail on completion of the post visit inventory which will be within 4 weeks of your departure.

Cancellation

Should a cancellation be necessary we regret that your deposit will be forfeit. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid, then the full amount will be forfeit. We therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed – this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond the owners control the villa becomes unavailable, a villa in the same area and of the same specification will be provided. If, in turn, a substitute villa is not available, a refund will be made only in these circumstances.

Pool & Pool Heating

Pool heating is currently charged at a rate of £70 / $120 per week. The pool blanket must be used at all times, day and night, when the pool is not in use to keep the pool up to temperature. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed during unseasonably cold weather. Pool heating should be paid and confirmed with the owner prior to your holiday with at least 2 weeks notice. A minimum of 4 days pool heating will be charged. Should you decide to request pool heating from our Management Company a pro rata daily rate would be deducted from your security deposit by the owner, (minimum 4 days). A minimum of 24 hours notice should be given to the Management Company. The pool is used solely at the guest’s discretion and responsibility. Safety notices are provided on the deck area and should be adhered to at all times.

Prices / Seasonality

We reserve the right to amend advertised seasonal tarrifs and weekly prices without notice. All confirmed bookings would of course be charged at the previously applicable rate. Where your holiday overlaps two seasons, the cost of the holiday will be calculated pro-rata to the number of days falling within each applicable price band. All rates are subject to review without notice.
