It a great location for easy access to all of Florida’s attractions: parks or day trips to the coast!! The Villa has its own West-facing Pool and Spa with open views over a Conservation Area to Woodland beyond.

Full Description

Walking into the villa, you enter the more formal dining and sitting area (2 sofas and armchair), and dining table for 8-12. With the stair on the left, you pass through into the main social area of the villa, overlooking the Pool.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the family dining area (seating 6-10), then to the family room with 3 sofas (Cindy Crawford style!!), and a 42”cable TV – this is the place for all to gather and plan the day ahead, or relax around meal times.

At ground level, opposite the stairs, there is one bedroom with Queen-sized bed and its own en-suite – perhaps for grandparents, or anyone who might find stairs a problem.

Upstairs you will find a huge Master Bedroom with King-sized bed, 42” cable TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in closet.

A Second King bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedded rooms, sharing the family bathroom.

The Den with 2 sofas (one a sofa-bed), foosball, airhockey, a 50” cable TV, DVD player, and Xbox. There is also a laundry room, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors

The Pool and spa face west – so partly shaded in the mornings, then enjoying the afternoon sun as well as the magnificent sunsets.

There are plenty of tables and chairs for alfresco dining, and loungers to just relax after an action-packed day.

There is also a pool bathroom just at the back of the villa.

Prices 

Standard - $1050 per week

May, June, Sep, Oct - $1155 per week

July Aug, Christmas, Easter - $1260 per week

And there are also special rates for longer stays.

All prices include all US Taxes.

Minimum stay 5 nights, except Christmas/New Year where it is 7.

 Pool/Spa heat is an optional extra $30 per day.

A crib, high chair or safe is available for a small weekly fee from our friendly local management company.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Booking Deposit - 25% of total rental is required to confirm your booking.

The balance is due 2 months before start of the rental, plus a security deposit of $300/£200  (Note: These can be paid online via Paypal).

The security deposit is returned within 28 days of your departure, less any costs incurred through breakage, lost keys, or any excess cleaning requirements.

Cancellation: More than 2 months before the start of the rental, deposit only;

1-2 months before the start 50%, less than 1 month before start 100%.
