Description Set in the Disney area of Orlando, Florida, Clark's Disney Villa provides the perfect setting for your Orlando, Florida vacation. Clark's Disney Villa is located on Highlands Reserve which is an exclusive golfing community. Our villa is privately owned and is only minutes away from the Disney World Resort in Orlando which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.Also within close proximity are the numerous attractions that has made Orlando, the vacation capital of the world. World-class entertainment, dining and shopping are all within minutes from your doorstep, yet Clark's Disney Villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with an on-site championship golf course. No matter what your preference is.....total relaxation or fast-paced excitement, Orlando, has it all, and Clark's Disney Villa will provide the perfect base for you and your family to enjoy your vacation. Clarks Disney Villa accommodates up to 10 people, but is spacious enough to let you all do your own thing with having a master bedroom with it's own luxurious en-suite facilities. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen sized bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twins beds. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all share a large bathroom. There are TV in all bedrooms with access to over 70 cable channels. There is also a pullout sofa in the family room. There are 2 separate living areas, 2 separate dining areas and a we provide FREE wireless Internet access all over the villa. The family room features cable TV, DVD player and a VCR. The villa also features a full American style Kitchen including breakfast bar and nook, dish washer, microwave, full cooker and hob, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the kitchen utensils you would need to make this villa your home away from home. Each room is comfortably furnished with a relaxing style furniture. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for up to 10 guests. With this amount of fixtures and fittings that we offer you can see why Clarks Disney Villa is very good value for the money, especially when you break it down by the number of guests our villa can accommodate. One of the key features of our villa is the swimming pool which has no overlooking rear neighbours, whilst the view from the front of our villa puts you within 50 meters of Highlands Reserve Golf Course Club House. These type of features are very uncommon with most villas in the Orlando area so you can rest assured that after a hard day at the theme parks you can come back to your own piece of paradise and just relax, unwind and maybe watch a spot of golf. The pool has electric heating so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. This is not your typical Orlando, Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Conveniently located just minutes from Disney and all major attractions, Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a Central Florida favourite! Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx. 5 miles on the left hand side. The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approx. 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.
