Description Our vacation house is located at Mission Park, a new development with an entrance gate for added security. Situated on highway 27 just north of 192 and just down the road from Disney World, the house is fully air-conditioned and has cable TV in all rooms. There is a DVD player on the large TV in the lounge with DVD's for your enjoyment. The sofa in the lounge converts to a king size bed. It has four beautifully furnished bedrooms and three separate bathrooms, two which are en-suite in identical master bedrooms. The bug screened swimming pool can be heated and has a hot tub - ideal for relaxing when the kids are in bed after a hard day theme park surfing. Being heated means it can be used all year round. Our holiday villa has proved ideal for two couples with children, or grandparents, since both master bedrooms are almost identical, and the twin and double bedroom are ideal for children. So nobody feels like they have an inferior bedroom. One has a king size bed with a large TV, the other has a queen size bed and TV. Both bathrooms are superb, with large walk in closets. One has a bathtub and the other a walk in shower. The double bedroom has a TV and shares a bathroom with a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. We use our vacation house ourselves regularly, and improve it every time we go, so it is always top notch. The superb modern kitchen has every appliance including a dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave, twin stainless sinks and plenty of storage cupboards. The washing machine and dryer will handle everything a full house can throw at them. The large formal dining table seats ten and there is a breakfast dinette with stools for those quickie snacks. The pool is south facing with a fabulous hot tub. Ideal for relaxing after a had day at the parks. It has a child’s safety net fence right across the patio, which should be left in place when young children are in the party. We have also installed a commercial pool safety hook to help anyone who gets into difficulties. Everything is included in this rental house - towels, bed linens, even soap. We will even stock the larder for you if you like. The games room is new and has a large pool table and four cues, a hockey game, safety darts, TV and a play station. You never know, with a bit of luck you might not hear from the kids for a week. Prices Early January to end of March - £400 per week April to mid July - £500 per week Mid July to end of August - £550 per week September to November - £500 per week December to mid December - £400 per week Mid December to January - £550 per week. Discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 weeks and also where we have vacancies available at short notice. |
