Description Our luxury with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, and sleeps 8, has superior upgraded furnishings and is situated on the award winning golf estate of Southern Dunes. Our premium plot has beautiful views of the 2nd tee and has South facing private screened pool, which is not overlooked. A pool safety screen is available for those with children. We also provide free wi-fi internet access (bring your own lap top) and free local, national and international phone calls (except calls to mobiles/cellphones). LOCATION
Southern Dunes is on Highway 27 which is along the I-4 West, 20mins from Disney and 30mins from Orlando
International Airport. There is a 24hr Wal-Mart superstore situated near the entrance to the community, ideal for all
supplies. Other shops and restaurants including fast food chains are also very close by. Facilities on the estate
include a clubhouse with bar and restaurant and gym, play area, 3 pools, and tennis courts. The gated entrance is
manned by security guards 24 hours. Our house is located on a premium plot overlooking the 2nd tee with
beautiful open views down the fairway. The South facing private
screened pool, with garden furniture for your comfort, also has a
child safety screen for use. There is also a safety alarm fitted to
the patio door. Our villa has high vaulted ceilings with ceiling
fans, if so desired, as well as full air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring cooker, grill and oven.
There is also a microwave - perfect for snacks! There is a
dishwasher, waste disposal and fridge freezer with icemaker. A
blender, electric kettle and coffee maker are provided. In the
garage there is a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
available. There is a breakfast bar area with 2 stools. The dining room overlooks the pool area and has seating for 6 people
and 2 at the breakfast bar. A child's highchair is available in the
villa free of charge. The living room is luxuriously furnished with telephone, 37" cable
T.V. and DVD/CD player. There is also a Play Station 2. There are 2
comfortable sofas and an ottoman. One sofa is a queen size bed. The
living room has high vaulted ceilings making it light and airy.
There is full air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan for extra
comfort. The ensuite master bedroom is light and airy with a ceiling fan and
full air conditioning / heating. It is fully equipped with queen
size bed and remote 19" cable TV. There is a phone, and a clock
radio. The bedroom overlooks the pool area, and has a walk-in
wardrobe area with access to a free, built in safe. There is also a
hairdryer available. The 2nd bedroom is also a double with queen size bed with walk-in
wardrobes. It is equipped with ceiling fan, and full air
conditioning / heating, and overlooks the tasteful front gardens.
There is a remote 14" cable T.V. A fitted safe, and a clock radio
are provided. The twin
bedroom has 2 single beds. It also has air conditioning / heating
and walk in wardrobes. There is a games room in the garage consisting of full size pool table, air hockey/foosball table, electronic darts board, 2 adults bikes and 3 childrens bikes. There are some inflateables for the pool. A fan has been fitted for extra comfort. Prices January 4 to March 28 - £50 per day - £350 per week March 29 to April 11 - £60 per day - £420 per week April 12 to June 30 - £55 per day - £385 per week July 1 to August 31 - £60 per day - £420 per week September 1 to September 30 - £55 per day - £385 per week October 1 to December 12 - £50 per day - £350 per week December 13 to December 31 - £515 per week including pool heat Pool heat is charged at £12 per day |
