Windward Cay - luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with pool.  Pooh Bear themed bedroom

Description

LOUNGE

The large cathedral lounge is fully tiled and the sun streams in from front to back. Relax on luxurious suede sofas, with a large television connected to the cable network along with a DVD player and Hi-Fi. Large patio doors lead out to the pool area and undercover Lanai. Another window overlooks the decking, pool and conservation area. To the left is access to all the bedrooms and wash closet. The villa is beautifully decorated in the “contemporary style” and is fully air/heat conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge, Master Bedroom and the outside Lanai.

MASTER BEDROOM

The Master Bedroom has a new modern Queen Size bed with matching dressing and bedside units and luxury bedding  Lots of drawer space for all that shopping and walk in wardrobe as well. Flat screen TV for that late night viewing. Patio doors lead out to the decking and pool area.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM

 The en-suite bathroom has a large walk- in shower along with an oval shape bath tub. The vanity unit cupboard is equipped with a safe for your valuables and hairdryer. There is also a cot with bedding for your little one, car seat and strollers, free to use.

POOHS BEDROOM

 The second bedroom is decorated in themed “Winnie the Pooh”. “Pooh’s” room has a multi coloured bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed at the top with “Winnie the Pooh” bedding to match the additional single bed. This room sleeps 4 comfortably. A TV and numerous toys are there for the children to use and also soft Disney toys to cuddle up to of a night.

GUEST BEDROOM

The third bedroom has a full size bed, also with luxury bedding, a  flat screen TV & walk-in wardrobe, it shares the family bathroom consisting of a sink vanity unit, tub, and shower, with “Pooh's” room. There is also a hairdryer for your use. Allowing the villa to accommodate 8 people in comfort

GUEST BATHROOM

This bathroom has a single vanity unit and full bath tub with screened shower and toilet. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms are in the linen closet in the hall.

KITCHEN

The villa has a very modern fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit. There is also a coffee machine and George Foreman grill. There is ample crockery ,cutlery and linen in the cupboards as well as outside glasses and plates. Small cooler bags are free for you to use and for the beach is a large picnic box for the car. Ice bags are in the freezer for them

DINING AREA

There is a large oval dining table with enough chairs to seat 8 people. A "Winnie the Pooh"high chair is free to use for any small babies.  There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet. An ironing board and clothes airier are all here.

POOL AND OUTSIDE DINING AREA

Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has all the normal furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. Sit and watch the red cardinals, blue birds and amazing butterflies. A must for nature lovers. There are also  matching loungers for those sun worshippers. It also has an underwater multicolored pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £80 per week.

The villa is fully alarmed and has a telephone system connected and all local calls are free.

The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc for your stay.

Local Attractions And Other Useful Information

Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. Lazy river boat rides and Pirates Cove crazy golf are both nearby and only 5 minutes drive away is “Old Town” for a great night of fun, with go carts, bungee jumping, vintage American car processions and much, much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Alligator Alley are all close by.

Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 minutes drive away.
