Description Twin Dolphins is a beautiful villa, just 10 minutes from Disney, and it could be the little bit of luxury you always promised yourself. Tuscan Ridge is a peaceful oasis , the ideal place to pamper yourself after energetic days sampling the pleasures of Central Florida's many and varied attractions. We invite you to share our vacation home where we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The villa has everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday, a world away from cramped hotel rooms. The villa is spacious and will sleep 10 comfortably; it has been professionally furnished and is well equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with King size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room with a Queen size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room and well equipped Games Room. As an alternative to the sofa bed there are two foldaway beds stored on the property. We have a cot, pushchair, highchair and playpen for our smaller guests! There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fitted with a full sized ceramic top cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, slow cooker etc. All cooking and dining requirements are provided. The laundry room has large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. All bedrooms have closets and hangers and all linen (including towels) is supplied. To the rear is a covered Lanai and large 26’ x 13’ Pool and Spa with huge deck extension. The Pool and deck extension are in the sunshine all day so you can sunbathe to your heart’s content. If it gets too hot, you can retreat to the welcome shade of the fan-cooled Lanai, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in - but keep the bugs out and is equipped with luxuriously upholstered pool / patio furniture. The plots on Tuscan Ridge are much bigger than normal so you will not feel crammed in by your neighbours. The rear of the property has been planted to ensure privacy and provide a lovely setting to relax by the pool. The family room - has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of over 40 films and a collection of CDs are available for your enjoyment. All the bedrooms have their own TV one includes a Play station to keep the younger guests amused. A selection of games and books are also provided. We provide local, long distance and international calls free of charge and we are also equipped with a PC that has free high speed Internet access, including wireless capability. For your security we have provided a safe to store your valuables and the villa is protected by a security alarm system. The management company is based two minutes away and will be pleased to help should you experience any problems. Master bedroom / en-suite - unashamed luxury from the king size four poster bed to the sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom. This spacious bedroom will bring that little bit of romance to your vacation. Patio Doors lead you directly out on to the lanai and pool deck. Very tastefully decorated it is equipped with remote controlled Cable TV / DVD and Radio / CD digital alarm. There is also a large walk in wardrobe providing all the storage space you will need. A ceiling fan enhances the air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom comprises a large walk in shower, spacious corner bath (big enough for two), twin his and hers vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, toilet, linen closet, bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer. Second master bedroom -another spacious bedroom with King Size bed and direct access on to the Lanai and pool deck. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with remote controlled Cable TV / DVD, Radio / CD digital alarm and ceiling fan. Large walk in wardrobe provides all the storage space you will need. The en-suite master bathroom comprises a large walk in shower, spacious corner bath (big enough for two), twin his and hers vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, toilet, linen closet, bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer. Bedrooms three and four are large twin bedded rooms and have the benefit of ceiling fans. Both have walk in wardrobes and are equipped with remote controlled Cable TVs. Bedroom 3 also has a Playstation with a selection of Games. In bedroom 3, For your Toddler's safety we also provide bed guards that can be fitted in seconds if required. The third bathroom has bath with shower over , toilet, vanity unit and is equipped with a hair dryer. Family room - The spacious family room is luxuriously furnished and overlooks the pool area which can be accessed via large patio doors fitted with a pool alarm to prevent the kiddies from sneaking out unnoticed. A ceiling fan is fitted to enhance the air conditioning. The furnishings include two 3 seater and two 2 seater sofas. One of the three seater opens out to provide a queen size bed, if required. Alternatively there are two foldaway beds that can be used if preferred. Entertainment is well provided for with large cable TV , DVD Player, CD Player/ Radio. A selection of over 40 films and a collection of audio CDs are available for your enjoyment as are a wide choice of games and books to keep children and adults fully amused. The dining room - at the front of the property provides facilities for more formal dining with a beautiful suite comprising Glass Table and Wrought Iron Dining Chairs decorated with Gold leaf designs. It also houses a PC which is provided with free high speed Internet access, wireless connection is also available. The Kitchen - is equipped with every modern convenience including; large cooker with ceramic top, microwave, dishwasher, double sink including waste disposal unit with spray, and large fridge freezer which has automatic ice maker and chilled water supply. Normal kitchen appliances are provided including, slow cooker, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender/processor, juicer, indeed all your cooking and dining requirements are catered for, all you have to do is bring the food! The Nook - is an informal dining area overlooking the pool. It is open plan with the family room and the kitchen. Laundry room - There is also a separate laundry with large capacity washer and dryer. In the laundry you will also find an Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Through the laundry room access is gained to the air conditioned Games Room. The pool - The fully screened Swimming pool is 26’ x 13’ and is set in extended decking. It is in the sunshine all day long and has underwater lighting for that refreshing late evening dip. Heating is available if required. A full set of luxuriously upholstered pool furniture is provided with comfy sun loungers, recliners and dining furniture. The pool is visible from the family room, kitchen, nook and master bedrooms so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the kiddies, as an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm. The raised Spa is ideal for relaxing and refreshing the weary body after the hectic days enjoying all the delights that Florida has to offer. The covered, fan cooled Lanai gives you welcome shade on those hot days and provides the ideal location for those alfresco meals. An outdoor/indoor electric grill is provided so you can recreate all the enjoyment of the outdoor B.B.Q. without all the hassle. Because the plots on Tuscan Ridge are larger than normal you won’t feel hemmed in by your neighbours, the villas are offset to improve privacy. To maximise your enjoyment we have landscaped the garden at the rear, an evergreen hedge has been planted to provide privacy and beds of shrubs surrounding Palm Trees give the authentic “ Florida Feel”. Flowering shrubs, set in white marble chips, have been planted around the pool screen, we have created a lovely setting for you to relax by the pool. Games room - welcome to your very own recreational centre. This newly converted games room is fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you just want to keep the kids amused, enjoy a relaxed game or indulge in a full scale family games competition this has all the facilities needed to keep every member of the family entertained. Enjoy a game on this high quality 8 foot Pool Table, it’s slate bed, sprung cushions and quality cloth ensure that every shot remains true. You will get full value for all the high class shots you will undoubtedly make! Test your speed and dexterity on the high quality table Fussball Game. The Air Hockey table comes complete with pucks and two paddles. Raise or lower the centre partition to reduce the amount of reaction time or remove it completely to make it that little bit easier. The Electronic Dart Board is provided with sets of soft tip darts, automatic scoring and a whole range of exciting game variations with full instructions.
