Becky's luxury villa is located on a gated community at Sunset Ridge on Highway 27 just one minute from Interstate 4.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fabulous games room.

We are situated in a cul-de-sac which is in a very quiet position and is not overlooked.

The villa consists of two king size bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, one queen bedroom with separate bathroom, and two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have cable televisions.

The living room consists of a 4 seater sofa, a 3 seater sofa, large cable television, dvd, hi-fi and ps2. There is free broadband internet access - just bring your laptop. There is also a free safe.

In the second living room, there is a 3 seater sleeper sofa and a 2 seater sofa. There is also a television and dvd player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need.

There is also a separate utility room with washer, dryer.

The pool area has an extended deck area with ample sun loungers. It is very private and quiet and not overlooked.

There are local shops, restaurants such as Applebees, Manny's, Denny's, Perkins and many more. There is a British style local pub, and the new Posna park Shopping Mall. All are within walking distance. Walmart and Publix are only 5 minutes drive away. There are over 30 championship golf courses all within 20 minutes drive.
