Welcome to Wekiva Villa, our superb Cumbrian Lakes executive home. Why not enjoy Florida in luxury and tranquillity in our exceptional 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom villa with its south facing pool overlooking the woodland conservation area.

Whilst being in this safe, quiet haven you will still be within easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the other Orlando attractions.

Wekiva Villa boasts two identical master suites, with sumptuous king size beds and luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for one or two families sharing. One suite has patio doors to the secluded pool deck; the other has patio doors to a private balcony with a stunning woodland and lake view. Relax by the pool and spa in the wonderful year round Florida sunshine, dine alfresco under the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Meanwhile our fully equipped Games Room will keep the more active members of the family entertained. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished to provide maximum comfort and luxury during your vacation of a lifetime.

GROUND FLOOR

Downstairs master suite has a super king size bed, large flat screen TV, alarm clock, ceiling fan, phone, and two large walk-in closets. The huge bathroom has an oval sunken bath, his and hers washbasins, a cloakroom and an enormous shower. The patio doors lead directly to the pool deck.

Kitchen - an open plan kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar has bar stools providing an additional seating/dining area.

Breakfast room - this area has a table and 6 chairs and overlooks the pool area. A relaxing way to start the day with your family.

Utility Room - this houses the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and door to garage. Keep up with your laundry whilst on vacation, travel light and best of all avoid the mountain of washing when you return home.

Living Rooms - living and dining room. This area has a comfortable sofa and seating for 6 at the dining table and multi CD player/stereo unit.

Family room - comfortable, attractive seating area, 46” Sony flat screen LCD HDMI cable TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, and patio doors leading out to the pool area.

UPSTAIRS

Upstairs you will find a second master suite with Super King-size bed, large flat screen TV, alarm clock, ceiling fan, phone, and two large walk-in closets. The sliding glass doors open to a private south-facing balcony with seating. A perfect location to enjoy the sunset or the wonderful daytime view of the woodland and lake beyond. The huge en-suite bathroom has an oval sunken bath, his and hers washbasins, a cloakroom and an enormous shower.

Twin bedroom #1 - a themed bedroom, sharing a large bathroom and comprising two single beds, large closet and I-pod docking station.

Twin bedroom #2 - another themed bedroom, sharing the same bathroom and comprising two single beds, large closet and I-pod docking station.

Galleried Landing - sleeper sofa with a 22” flat screen TV and Xbox 360 with games.

Other useful items include WiFi Broadband, printer/scanner, free US telephone calls, Gamin Sat Nav, cable TV, crib, double buggy/stroller, baby walker, stair gate, hairdryers in all bathrooms, plentiful supply of towels and bed linens.

Birds and other wildlife can be seen wandering freely around Cumbrian Lakes making it a very picturesque setting in which to just spend a relaxing day away from the theme parks, or to come home to after a busy day at the attractions.

Garage - home to a table tennis table, table top football, fishing equipment, mountain bikes, golf clubs etc Outside: The pool area is south facing, looking onto woodland and overlooking one of the community’s lakes to the left. There is an extended pool deck with a solar heated pool/spa (additional electric pool heating, if required-charges apply). Pool size is 28-by-12-by-6 feet deep. There is a huge lanai with ceiling fan and light, luxurious pool furniture, pool bathroom and external shower.
