Description Our lovely villa is just 10 minutes drive from Disney and close to all other theme parks. We are near to golf courses, shopping outlets, flea markets, airboat rides and many restaurants. We are 20 minutes drive from Orlando international airport and around one hour from Sanford airport. Celebration village is near by and downtown Disney is just a short drive away. Features Gated community Rear of villa overlooks a conservation area and a lake. Pool not overlooked by neighbours. Games room including foosball, air hockey, pool table and electronic darts. Free internet connection for guests with their own laptop. Free use of buggie, high chair and crib. Flood lit area with table, chairs and sun loungers as well as a safety fence for our younger guests and peace of mind. Air conditioning Laundry room. Master bedroom - has a large king bed, side tables with lamps, cable television, clock radio and ceiling fan. There is also a large easy chair. Leading from the bedroom is an en-suite with bath, his and hers vanity unit and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet, and a walk-in wardrobe. This is a large bright room - larger than most. Second bedroom comprises of a queen size bed, side tables with table lights, cable tv also clock/radio with walk in wardrobes and beautifully furnished, ceiling fan. Third bedroom comprises of twin beds with side table and a table light, a lovely sunny room and walk in in wardrobe. The room also benefits from having cable television, clock/radio, ceiling fan and is furnished to a high standard. Also a night light for children if needed. Second bathroom has a full bath, shower and toilet. Half bathroom has a separate toilet and vanity unit. This room is is for the use of all our guest so there is no intrusion on other bathrooms. Handy for little ones coming from the pool. Games room boasts a variety of games such as foosball, air hockey, pool table, electronic darts board and mini golf we have a table and chairs to play cards or games on. Prices All prices include taxes and a final clean. Optional pool heating is charged at £75 (US $125) per week Deposit required to reserve the villa is £100 (US $200) per week Security deposit is £140 (US $180). This will be returned 7 to 10 days after departure if no damage is reported to us.
