Our lovely home is situated in a residential community called Crescent Lakes. This location is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major attractions in Central Florida.

The villa is fully furnished to a high standard throughout. A high chair, crib, buggy and car booster seats are available in the home for your use at no extra cost. 80 channels of Cable TV with TVs in the Great Room and two bedrooms. Complementary international telephone card.

High-speed internet access is available. No computer is supplied - please bring your own laptop.

A welcome pack can be ordered. Please ask if you need these items.

There is a local management company that maintains the villa to the necessary high standards to ensure you have a carefree holiday. They also provide a useful information package for your guidance. In the event of an emergency, they can be contacted 24 hours a day should you need assistance.

The Great Room - overlooks the swimming pool. This extremely attractive room is beautifully furnished.  To help you feel at home, the room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater love sofa, flat screed 42" HD television, and VCR. We also have a mini hi-fi.

The Dining Room - overlooks the pool area and has seating available for up to six people. You can access the dining room from either the kitchen or the great room.

The Master Bedroom - has a queen size bed, telephone and cable TV and VCR. The en-suite also contains a walk-in closet, and is equipped with the usual items. A hair dryer are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use.

Bedrooms two and three - the second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and also has a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom is equipped with the usual items and hair dryers are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use. All bedrooms are fully furnished and the double bedroom also has a TV.

The kitchen - is fully equipped with all the labour saving equipment you would find in a modern home including a telephone. There is a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a waste disposal. The double garage houses the washing machine and dryer.

The Swimming Pool - is situated at the rear of the villa and is fully screened and complete with patio furniture.

Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in the winter months. If heating is required, there will be an additional charge for use of gas.  A pool safety alarm is fitted.
