Highgate Park is a much sought after Gated Community. Located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 12 minutes drive to Disney World. Within a 5 minute drive you will find a Publix, a Walmart and just a little further, Winn-Dixie. There are also many restaurants within a short drive, including Applebees, Macdonalds, Burger King, Checkers, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. The renowned Manny's Chophouse which is absolutely unmissable, is around a 20 minute drive. If you decide to stay home one night you could get a take away from the local restaurants that will deliver to the villa. Our wonderful, four bedroom, fully air conditioned villa is stylishly furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you could have a wonderful stay in our lovely home, which is ideally situated for all the parks plus you have the bonus of being able to get away from it all and relax by your own pool with a chilled glass of wine or cool beer. You won't want to go home!! As you walk through the front door you enter a haven. The opulent formal lounge is elegantly furnished in golds and creams. The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the private pool area. The family room has a Queen sleeper sofa bed. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free local calls). Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Our villa sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom also has en suite facilities with queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms with large closets. A third full size family bathroom has basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided. Patio doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. Sun loungers, patio chairs, and table are provided along with a selection of inflatables. The fantastic Games Room has 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey table, Darts Board, Tennis and Badminton rackets for use on the on site Tennis court. We also have baby equipment for your use. Highgate Park is the envy of most communities in the area. Situated only 15 mins from the Gates of Disney, and yet far enough away to enjoy those peaceful evenings by the pool. There are many top international Golf Clubs within minutes of Highgate, and all the Orlando attractions are within easy reach. Shopping and Restaurants are in abundance, and the new Posner Mall, just down the road, rivals all other malls in the area. What more could you want either for your vacation, or your dream vacation home. For a fantastic family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet ‘n Wild and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive. The Gulf and Atlantic Ocean Coasts and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half away. Walt Disney World 12 minutes. International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc. 20 minutes. Orlando International Airport 30 minutes. Cape Canaveral and Space Centre 75 minutes. Tampa and Gulf Coast 90 minutes. For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just ten minutes drive away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses. Prices All prices include UK, USA and Canadian taxes, electricity, exit clean (except for stays of less than one week). Rates shown are for the villa per week and not per person.
A booking deposit of 20% per week is required to confirm the booking. Once you have confirmed your booking we will reserve your dates for 7 days during which time we will e-mail you a booking form along with Terms and Conditions which need to be completed and both signed and sent back within 7 days along with your deposit. A security Deposit of £200 or USD 400 or CAD 450 is due with final balance. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on a weekly stay of 7 nights, any extra nights are charged on a pro-rata basis. Stays of less than 1 week are subject to a exit cleaning fee of £50. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our home is fully licensed/inspected by the state of Florida and regulated by the Hotels/accommodation division of Polk County (Please be aware: homes that offer low rates may not be licensed or regulated and should they be inspected during your stay may lead to eviction.) |
