Our lovely villa is located just 2 miles from the main gate of Walt Disney World, at Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens, just off Highway 192. Within easy reach of local supermarkets, drug store, dry cleaners and numerous restaurants and shops.

Now With Free Internet Access and Free International Phone Calls.

We are one of the nearest communities to all the Disney Parks; including Typhoon lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island. All other main attractions including Universal Studios, Seaworld and Wet and Wild are just a short ride away.

Orlando Airport is only 25 minutes away, Sanford Airport 50 minutes.

Our vacation villa in Kissimmee will give you the perfect Florida vaction in luxury and style. We can assure you a luxurious stay in our villa, and with all local amenities close at hand, a busy and rewarding time.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk in closet with wall safe, bedroom furniture and TV. It overlooks the pool area and has an en-suite bathroom with tub, shower cubicle and two wash basins with a separate door to the smallest room.

The second double room also with TV, shares a full bathroom with 1 twin room, whilst the second twin room has it's own bathroom with shower cubicle.

Naturally we provide all towels and linen and for guest's convenience there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The comfortable lounge has direct access to the pool area through the patio doors. There are two sofas an arm chair a TV, DVD, VCR and a music system, as well as books, CDs and family games.

The large open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar,table and chairs. It is fully equipped with everything you will need, including, of course, a teapot. The large fridge/freezer has an automatic ice dispenser, so useful for those cocktails beside the pool.

There is a separate dining room with table and chairs for the more formal dining, although most people prefer to barbeque alfresco in all but the coolest months. Imagine relaxing here around the pool and spa, bathed in day long sunshine. Spend a whole day or maybe a few hours break in the afternoon from the theme parks, before returning in the evening for more excitement. (Note. A day ticket lasts all day at Disney, and you can return later in the day if you left earlier). Laze on the comfy sunloungers, maybe read a book, or play in the pool with our pool inflatables. Sit in the spa and let the jets soothe all those aches and pains. There is shade too, underneath the lanai, if you get too hot. This is also a perfect place to sit and eat your evening barbeque. Multi coloured fibre optic lighting in the pool and spa enhances the area in the evening and your privacy is assured, being completely surrounded by palm trees, shrubs and bushes.
